Are you a technical expert with a knack for sales? We are seeking a dynamic Estimator/Sales Engineer to join our team. About the Role:
Prepare detailed estimates and tender submissions for HVAC projects, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.
Follow up on sales leads, manage client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain Target Pipeline values and win rates.
Engage with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure feasibility and accuracy of proposals.
Ensure technical compliance and explore alternative ways to achieve desired results without compromising quality.
Negotiate and close Project sales.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to strategically position our offerings.
Key Selection Criteria:
Strong technical background in HVAC systems with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
Proven track record in sales or business development within the HVAC industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications and requirements.
High level of computer literacy, including experience with CRM software.
Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
A Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is desired, but not essential.
