Location: Fully remote

Job Type: Full-time (9:00AM - 5:00PM EST/Monday - Friday)

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage our client's social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and a deep understanding of the latest trends, tools, and strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and growing our client's online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Social Media Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals and drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
  • Content Creation: Design, write, and publish high-quality, engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Community Management: Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. Foster positive relationships with followers and influencers
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including setting up ads, targeting, budgeting, and optimizing performance
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and ROI. Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including their algorithms, features, and best practices
  • Well-versed in utilizing Canva or any graphics and video editing tools
  • Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with a creative flair for content creation
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management
  • Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
