Position : Full-Stack PHP Laravel Developer

Work Hours : Full Time Monday to Friday, Flexible Schedule

Work Setup : Full Remote

Holidays : US Holidays

Pay Range : $2,300 - $2,500

The Client is an early-stage SaaS application that helps commercial HVAC contractors and distributors estimate and build out projects. They are a product-focused company, which means they are laser focused on getting the product right with our initial client base before opening it up to a wider audience.

They are looking for a talented individual who cares about creating world-class customer experiences and wants to be a part of building a B2B application from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Building web applications using the Laravel framework (v10+), particularly PHP-based applications using Composer-based frameworks
  • Produce “clean” and well-structured code, with detailed specifications
  • Collaborate with the team in all phases of the development lifecycle
  • Managing source code using git
  • Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
  • Design and implement new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
  • Stay informed about industry best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience of working on a PHP Developer position
  • Expertise with PHP 8.x
  • Solid experience with of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, MySQL, Elasticsearch, and so on
  • Excellent knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services
  • Knowledgeable about Composer, npm, and package management procedures
  • Experience building and interacting with RESTful APIs
  • Comfortable with the concepts and creation of automated tests (TDD, integration testing, etc.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Must have a personal project you’re able to share and explain to the client
