MultiplyMii is seeking a Web Developer with a strong background in WordPress and Shopify, along with server-side knowledge and experience in custom development. The ideal candidate will be a generalist who can provide quality solutions rather than quick fixes, and who can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. This role will involve transitioning from a third-party vendor to an internal web development team.

In This Role, You Will
Landing Page Development: Create and optimize landing pages using High Level.
WordPress Development: Build and maintain WordPress sites, focusing on custom development rather than standard web builders like Elementor or Breakdance.
Visual Web Builders: Occasionally build new sites using Breakdance or Elementor, utilizing your expertise to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
Custom Development: Implement advanced custom fields and tailor solutions to meet specific business needs.
Server Management: Set up development sites, and test servers, and ensure optimal performance.
Plugin Management: Install, configure, and maintain plugins to enhance website functionality.
Website Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain existing websites to ensure they are secure and up-to-date.
Shopify Management: Utilize Shopify knowledge to assist in eCommerce solutions and site management.
Client relationship management: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, providing expert guidance and recommendations on web development best practices.
About You
Core qualifications:
5 to 8+ years of proven experience as a Web Developer (WordPress and Shopify)
Familiarity with PHP and server-side technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical team members
A proactive approach to identifying issues and providing effective solutions (good problem-solving skills).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Breakdance and Elementor, with a track record of successful projects using these visual web builders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an easily understandable manner (this is a client-facing position)
Familiarity with project management tools such as ASANA, ClickUp, Monday, and Trello.
Preferred Qualifications
Analytics Knowledge: Experience with Google Analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions
Tag Management: Familiarity with installing and configuring Google Tag Manager
