Job Description
This role can be based at can any of the following sites: Rotherham, West Yorkshire.
This role requires employees to complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) , including The Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for criminal convictions.
The Role
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference? Join our team and contribute to the future of fusion energy. As Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Project Manager, including with project change management and creating and managing of key documentation for the project(s). You will also be keeping project databases and records up to date and in line with IDP .

Job Description

- Supporting the project controls team with co-ordinating the planning and execution of small projects
- The creation and management of key documentation for project(s)
- Coordinating and providing information for the assigned project(s)
- Updating and keeping track of key project metrics
- Managing project change and risk reviews
- Project secretarial duties including organising meetings and taking minutes
Essential Requirements:
- A HNC or degree with two or more years’ experience of project support work
- IT literate, fluent in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent report/minutes writing skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Be able to work autonomously, with initiative and minimum supervision
- Knowledge of managing the interfaces and interdependencies for technical projects
- Project Management qualifications
- Knowledge of quality management systems
- Knowledge of purchasing
