Technical demonstratable 3+ year of experience of working with:
Experience Object oriented programing, exception handling.
Strong understanding of software architecture and software development fundamentals - Domain Driven Architecture and similar patterns.
Good understanding and experience following test-driven development and continuous integration & delivery practices.
Advanced experience with standard tools used for software development like Git, Azure DevOps
Ability to design SOLID and simple modules for complex domains. Experience in contributing to architectural systems design within and across teams.
Primary Candidate Technologies :
Microsoft ASP.NET Stack (Blazor Pages, Razor Pages).
C#, .NET Core and other object-oriented languages.
React, Astro and other similar technologies.
SCM (Git)
SQL .
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with the stakeholders and requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and Strong coding skills.
Ability to plan and manage your own workloads with autonomy and understanding of the business priorities.
Strong ability to provide guidance others within your squad.
Familiar with AGILE methodologies.

Contribute to the continuous development and maturing of design patterns for others to follow.
Pick the most appropriate tool, method, and design pattern to satisfy the requirement.
Proactively improves things where they see issues.
Provide guidance and training to other squad members.
