Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and optimisation of sophisticated web projects using a modern tech stack, including PHP, Laravel, WordPress, React.js, Gutenberg, and WooCommerce.
• Architect and implement custom solutions that meet client specifications, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and security.
• Develop and integrate APIs, ensuring seamless communication between systems and services.
• Design and enhance front-end interfaces using React.js, delivering responsive and engaging user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and other developers, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal systems, identifying areas for optimisation and implementing best practices.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, bringing innovative ideas to the table.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Extensive experience in web development, with a strong background in PHP, Laravel, WordPress, and WooCommerce.
• Digital Agency experience a huge plus.
• Proficiency in WordPress Gutenberg and deep familiarity with the WordPress ecosystem.
• Advanced skills in front-end development, particularly in React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Expertise in API development and integration, with solid experience working with MySQL databases.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects for high-profile clients, delivering quality work on time and within budget.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and technical excellence.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively in a remote team environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
