You have over 6 years work experience as an Android developer and get bonus points if you have experience with IOS and C# as well.
You have experience with giving feedback, motivating and coaching developers with their technical and soft skills.
You have strong communication skills and are able to explain the right technical decisions to both technical and non technical colleagues.
You have experience with working within a Scrum environment and follow Agile practices.
You have worked in teams with different nationalities.
