Position: CRM Operations Manager, Reporting to the Head of CRM 

  • Location: Fully remote
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7/8am to 5/6pm CET


What you’ll be doing:

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of four Brand Executives, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve business objectives.
  • Brand Portfolio Management: Assist in overseeing the CRM strategies for a portfolio of four brands, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and customer engagement strategies.
  • Operational Ownership: Own the operational front of omnichannel CRM communication across various markets, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • CRM Calendar Management: Collaborate with brand and head of CRM to plan, develop, and manage CRM calendars, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all campaigns.
  • KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on customer activity, retention, value, and lifecycle improvement, making data-driven decisions to enhance outcomes.
  • Market-Focused CRM Strategies: Assist in developing and implementing CRM strategies tailored to different markets, with a focus on maximizing customer value and engagement.
  • Customer Segmentation: Evaluate and refine customer segmentation strategies, emphasizing automation, personalization, and value-driven approaches.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to stay informed on trends within the casino and sportsbook industry, incorporating insights into CRM strategies.
  • UX/UI Collaboration: Assist in UX/UI improvements across brands, ensuring an optimal customer experience.
  • Innovation: Partner with the Head of CRM and other business stakeholders to drive innovative CRM strategies and visions that align with the company’s growth objectives.


What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in CRM management, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering successful CRM strategies.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Highly structured and organized, with proficiency in planning and executing CRM initiatives using various tools and calendars.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to drive growth and improve customer retention.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as FastTrack is a plus.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented individual with a “go-getter” attitude, eager to drive growth and achieve results.
  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across departments and markets.
