Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager International Media Company.
Are you looking for you next Compensation role? exciting opportunity for an international Media Company who are undergoing a HR transformation for location in Hamburg Germany.
This role is a new role which is part of the groups HR function, you will be supporting the design and deployment of the compensation and benefits strategy of the group and although role is located in Hamburg there is flexibility for 2 days on site and 3 from home.
The role includes global compensation strategy through conception and design, ensuring all compensation and benefits structures, bonus schemes and employee benefits plans. You will have responsibility for the global annual remuneration round pus bonuses and salary and further development of compensation processes and tools as well as identifying digital potential. The role also includes carrying out benchmark analyses, deriving trends on the market and issuing recommendations for action.
Your experience includes, at least 7 years’ experience in areas of compensation and benefits in a matrix organisation, familiar with international compensation systems and structures . Implemented international projects and strong stakeholder management skills, highly analytical and be able responsible. You will have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and solid SAP/SuccessFactors experience.
Although role is based in Germany there is flexibility on languages and hybrid working.
