Part-Time QA Tester (Permanent WFH) | Start ASAP in PHILIPPINES

HOPLA.Online is looking for a Part-Time QA Tester who will create, execute, and document manual test cases to ensure new solutions meet all specifications and requirements. They collaborate closely with developers and project managers to identify and document any issues, guiding the development team toward resolution. Additionally, they provide clear and visible test status reports to the Project Manager.

Your days will be filled with:

• Create, run and document test case scenarios and test results by configuring manual tests using a checklist of items 
• Run various tests on new solutions and developments to ensure that new functionality satisfies all specifications and requirements.
• Work closely with developers and  project managers to recognize the potential for any operational issues
• Identify any problems and clearly document the issue to instruct the development team to resolve
• Provide highly visible test status reports to Project Manager.

Who we are looking for: 

• 1-2  years of experience as a QA Tester
• Good communication skills to communicate with the development team & Project Manager.
• Excellent eye for detail
• Understanding of Agile Methodology
• Understanding of configuring manual tests & using tools such as LambdaTest/Browser stack
• Experience with ecommerce & Website CMS: such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Wordpress is a PLUS
• Experience with documenting requirements
• Experience with developing user documentation
• 3 years of experience in the same position
• Excellent knowledge of WebDesign Best practices, QA Methodologies, Tools and processes. 
• Microscopic-level attention to detail (ex: this element is 10 pixels off the design brief, etc. 
• Able to write detailed reports that developers can understand
