Job Title: PentesterJob Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Pentester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough penetration tests on all web applications that we build for our clients. Additionally, the Pentester will provide expert consulting on general cybersecurity matters, ensuring that our products and services meet the highest security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Application Penetration Testing: Perform comprehensive penetration tests on web applications to identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Vulnerability Reporting: Generate detailed reports outlining the findings from penetration tests, including risk levels, potential impacts, and recommended fixes.
• Consultation: Provide cybersecurity consulting to our team, advising on best practices and ensuring adherence to security standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Tool Proficiency: Utilize a wide range of standard penetration testing tools (e.g., Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Metasploit) to conduct assessments and validate security controls.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to integrate security into the development process, ensuring secure coding practices and robust security measures.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats, tools, and techniques to continuously improve our security posture.

Qualifications:

• Experience Level: Open to all levels (junior, mid-level, senior).
• Must-Have Certifications:
• OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional)
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
• Nice-to-Have Certifications:
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
• GPEN (GIAC Penetration Tester)
• CPT (Certified Penetration Tester)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in a wide range of penetration testing tools and techniques. Strong understanding of web application security, including OWASP Top Ten vulnerabilities.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
