On behalf of our client, a vibrant recruitment startup based in London, we're seeking a Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist Business Partner (m/f/d). This is a rare opportunity to step into a partner role with equity in the company. As a Recruitment Business Partner, you'll be pivotal in overseeing the recruitment and delivery operations, enabling the owner to concentrate on Sales and Marketing. With 24 contracts already secured and exciting expansion plans ahead, this is a role with significant responsibility and potential.


Responsibilities:

  • Actively headhunting top talent in the market and cultivating strong relationships with passive candidates.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for future specialized positions, including reviewing CVs.
  • Posting jobs and conducting active candidate searches using a variety of tools and resources.
  • Communicating with shortlisted candidates via email, and conducting brief interviews via Google Meet to build rapport.
  • Evaluating candidates based on interview feedback and resume assessments, making qualification or rejection decisions.
  • Acting as the primary contact for candidate inquiries and potentially joining meetings with hiring managers to gather role requirements.
  • Documenting processes and contributing to growth initiatives, including hiring, building, and training a recruitment team. The goal is for you to evolve into the Head of Recruitment (Business Partner) role.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding people skills, with the ability to build rapport (Empathy, Social, and Emotional Intelligence)
  • Passion for recruitment
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • A self-starter who seeks opportunities to add value and enhance our work processes
  • Experience with LinkedIn, email, PDF, Gsuite (CRM or ATS experience is a plus)
  • Proven track record in sourcing and delivering high-quality candidates
  • The discipline and initiative to work independently, with a strong sense of drive and ambition
  • Confidence, determination, and perseverance
