Do you want to work with a talented team developing mobile games?

Then you might be the experienced C++ Game Developer we’re looking for. We want to find someone to help us maintain and further improve our portfolio of award-winning games like My Talking Angela 2 and My Talking Tom 2. From delving deep into game and engine code to implementing new features, our ideal candidate can do the lot – all with a proactive, lead-by-example attitude.


In this role you will

  • Plan and implement game features and components for live mobile games using our in-house Starlite game engine written in C++.
  • Maintain and improve game code, libraries and tools for artists and designers.
  • Collaborate, communicate, and work efficiently as part of the multidisciplinary team, and across various other internal departments and the Starlite engine team.

What we’re looking for

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in the English language (both written and spoken).
  • Positive, make-it-happen, lead-by-example attitude.
  • Proactive working style, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and short production pipeline life-cycles.
  • Keen to learn new technologies and gain new skills.


Your experience

  • 4+ years of professional experience in game development.
  • Proficient in C++ programming and making games (experience with Unity game engine is relevant for the position).
  • Excellent technical background (e.g. game development, programming patterns, data structures, computer architecture and performance optimisation).
  • Experience with shader programming is a plus.

Compensation

Compensation will be constructed of a salary and participation in the group reward plan.
