Join an exciting international firm with head offices in London & Riyadh. We are looking for a Business Partner to join our team. this is fully flexible/ fully remote work and can be executed alongside your full-time work.


Role


  • To carry out business development activities to maintain and develop sales in KSA/GCC by agreed targets and company policy. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Hunt for new logos and successfully win new clients and bring Job Openings
  • Receive contract or permanent roles from customers and pass them on to our team
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through continuous contact.
  • Liaise and attend meetings necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.

Specific Job Skills


  • Able to influence and negotiate with clients and candidates. Understands the principles of sales and recruitment. Computer skills: Must be adept in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel, and Word
  • Good knowledge using CRM and ATS systems
  • Literacy and Numeracy: Able to understand basic business finance, e.g., gross margin percentages and calculations.
  • Must be a very competent writer of business letters, quotations, and proposals.


Business and Selling Skills:


Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator. Able to demonstrate success and experience managing customer accounts particularly achieving genuine sales development.
