Role Overview:
The Designer plays a crucial role in creating visual content that enhances our brand's presence across multiple platforms. This role involves direct collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Social Media, Media Buying, and UX/Website Technology. The Designer is responsible for delivering innovative and effective graphic and digital designs that align with our brand’s objectives and user engagement goals.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
- Oversee design projects, from conception to delivery.
- Design banners and communication materials for different purposes and channels: email marketing, newsletters, and social networks.
- Design online and offline marketing collaterals (e.g. brochures, catalogs, and social media).
- Contribute actively to the planning and implementation of the brand management strategy.
- Design graphics, and presentations, design data reports and or infographics, and animations, and be able to work/manipulate digital photographs and videos.
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and design concepts.
- Liaise with marketing and wider design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
- Focuses primarily on 2D designs for ads, websites, and social media creatives.
- Specializes in creating animations and video content, including editing for reels and YouTube.
- Focuses on creating visual content specifically for social media platforms.
- Concentrates on editing video content for platforms like YouTube and Instagram reels.
Qualifications:
- Have experience working on the following Tools:
-Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier (Must have)
- Additional Design tools ( is a plus )
- BA Graphic/Visual/Multimedia design or relevant degree.
- Proven design examples/portfolio of work at the required level.
- Strong collaborative skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A can-do and flexible approach.
- Can perform under pressure and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-management and ownership; this means managing yourself, your time, and your priorities.
- Ability to manage your workload and changing demands.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Experience in Video Editing and Reels,
