Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 7 to 10 years of professional experience in quality assurance and software testing.
Proficiency in designing, developing, and executing test automation scripts using Selenium, RestAssured, and Cypress to ensure the highest software quality.
In-depth knowledge of Java or Python programming, with the ability to write, debug, and maintain complex automated test scripts.
Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases to effectively cover functional, regression, and performance testing.
Experience with load testing tools like LoadRunner, Blazemeter, or JMeter. (Must-have)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, such as Jenkins, for automating test execution and result reporting.
Expertise in testing web applications, RESTful APIs, and microservices, with a deep understanding of RESTful API principles.
Work collaboratively within an agile development team, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and grooming sessions.
Create and maintain test frameworks, implementing best practices for code reusability and maintainability.
Identify, report, and track defects throughout the software development life cycle, providing detailed information for efficient resolution.
Document test plans, test cases, and test results comprehensively, ensuring full traceability and clear reporting.
