BlueRock TMS is a leading provider of transportation management solutions, dedicated to delivering top-tier customer experiences and innovative solutions. We are expanding our business and are looking for skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team.
How you will pave the way of your future with BlueRock
The position of DevOps Engineer relates to the end-to-end responsibility of gathering information, setting up the infrastructure, developing, testing, deploying, continuous monitoring, and fetching feedback from end-users. We count on you to improve our customer experience!
How you can make an impact:
- Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and data scientists to ensure development follows established processes and works as intended.
- Configure cloud systems, set up builds and deployments, and review systems architecture.
- Automate and improve development and release processes.
- Develop and promote automation methodologies to drive continuous delivery and integration.
- Run stakeholder meetings, such as release review meetings with IT representatives.
Who you are and beyond:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar software engineering role.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong skills in Amazon Web Services (AWS), including but not limited to AWS CDK, AWS EKS, AWS RDS, AWS CodeBuild, AWS Glue, and AWS QuickSight.
- Proven experience with Helm Charts and strong understanding of private cloud infrastructure
- Practical knowledge of log analytics, metric collection, and alerting using incident management tools.
- Experience with version control, and task tracking systems.
- Optimize and maintain infrastructure for stability, performance & cost
- Support analysis and resolution of incidents and findings.
- Release applications, including mobile apps, to cloud environments.
- Familiarity with typescript, java and python is good to have

- Excellent organizational skills: ability to handle and prioritize outstanding tasks.
- Open-minded, trustworthy, curious, creative, and proactive.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
