Job Description

We are looking for a Senior C# .NET Engineer to take on the role of Team Lead / Code Owner. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our development team, ensuring code quality, and driving the technical direction of our projects. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing development activities, implementing best practices, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Responsabilities

• Lead and mentor a team of C# .NET developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving.
• Ensure adherence to design patterns, SOLID principles, and best practices in building scalable and secure .NET applications.
• Architect and develop the backend for a crypto asset derivatives exchange, including real-time order book management and data processing pipelines.
• Integrate various data sources and APIs, ensuring robust data integrity and security for transactional systems.
• Optimize application performance for high throughput and low latency operations, crucial for financial applications.
• Coordinate with the frontend team to ensure API design and system integrations meet the requirements of highly responsive applications.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience in C# .NET development, with a proven track record of leading projects and teams.
• Expertise in advanced .NET frameworks and design patterns, with a strong emphasis on building secure and scalable web applications.
• Strong experience with real-time systems and websocket implementation for live data streaming.
• Extensive experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, understanding the nuances of both and their application in high-speed transaction environments.
• Prior experience in building financial, trading, or blockchain systems, particularly those involving high-frequency transactions.
• Demonstrated capability in managing high-stakes deployments and continuous integration/delivery practices.
