Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and user-focused Product UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience of our platform. Your work will have a direct impact on how users interact with the product, helping to make complex transactions simple and seamless.
Key Responsibilities
Design and prototype user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and align with the overall user experience goals of the platform.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to create user-centered designs that meet both business and user needs.
Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance data.
Ensure consistency and cohesion in the design language across different parts of the platform.
Advocate for the end-user and ensure designs meet accessibility and usability standards.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and apply them to improve the product.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
Experience with prototyping tools and techniques to create interactive designs.
Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas.
Familiarity with front-end development principles and how design translates to code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions clearly.
Bonus Skills
Experience designing for SaaS platforms or business/marketplace applications.
Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
Experience with user testing and using analytics to inform design decisions.
