Customer Operations is a dynamic large team of 190+ which is responsible for Payments, Customer Services, Player Safety, AML, Verification, Player Safety, Fraud and much more.


Your playing field:

  • Back Office Expertise: Your role will mainly focus on developing and optimizing Salesforce and a company-owned Back Office with the technical teams.
  • Team Leadership: You will lead one CO Optimization Specialist and be responsible for mentoring, training and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: As a pivotal link between Customer Operation and Technical teams,
  • Documentation: Documentation is key to the success of this role; for each change/project, you will be responsible for documenting the Problem Statement, Expected Outcome and support with Requirements documentation.
  • Project Management: Each change and improvement would require following an internal process to ensure that essential steps are not foreseen.
  • Roadmap Management: You will monitor the technical roadmap and collaborate with Product Owners and Stakeholders to prioritize initiatives effectively.
  • Technology Implementation: You will oversee the implementation of new technologies support with testing, ensuring a smooth transition and enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Tool Ownership: Besides Salesforce and Backoffice, you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • Strategy. You play a vital role in contributing to the development and execution of the organization's data strategy.


Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience. In a similar operational role within the gaming industry, specifically on Salesforce and BackOffice optimization.
  • Project Management. Have strong project management skills
  • Excellent Understanding of all Customer Operations Functions. Understanding customer operations methodologies and end users' needs is essential to succeed.
  • Excellent Written and Communication Skills. To succeed in this role, you would require excellent Written and Communication skills.
  • You have advanced analytical skills. Your analytical skills will help you understand complex issues and create reports.
  • Artificial Intelligence. Have a genuine interest for new technology and how we can apply it in the Customer Operations Area to improve our service and ensure a smooth customer journey.
