Project Manager / Operations Manager - Systems Architect in COLOMBIA

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in business operations and process automation, ideally with expertise in Monday and Slack. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the owner to identify and document all workflows, projects, and processes.
• Translate processes into detailed process maps and integrate them into Monday.
• Capture key information at each workflow step to enhance visibility, establish key metrics, and develop dashboards/reporting.
• Provide expert advice on optimizing visibility and automation through Monday and Slack.
• Optimize and streamline current workflows.

Additional Responsibilities (Potential Separate Role):

• Facilitate daily team meetings to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Record meeting minutes, update Monday, enforce deadlines, and create accountability structures.
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the company.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Project Management and Operations Management in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in business process automation, CRM solutions, and workflow optimization.
• Strong experience with Monday and Slack for team and process management.
• Background in real estate or related industries, with knowledge of property marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency at C1/C2 level.

Requirements:

• Must have a reliable laptop and stable internet connection.

Compensation: Up to $2,000 monthly, depending on experience.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
