Your future contribution:
We are looking for a dedicated Junior Paid Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Smoobu. You will work closely with our Senior Paid Marketing Manager to execute and optimize our paid marketing campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop their skills in digital marketing and contribute to our company's growth.
Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and has a foundational understanding of paid marketing strategies. You should be keen to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Your role will be pivotal in supporting our paid marketing efforts across various channels.
Ultimately, you should be able to expand our company's digital footprint and brand awareness.
How you'll add value:
- Campaign Execution and Optimization: Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Paid Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
- Creative Input: Contribute to the creation of compelling ad copy and visual content for marketing campaigns.
- Budget Management: Help manage and allocate budgets for various paid marketing campaigns effectively.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports to track key metrics and present findings to the marketing team.
- Leadership: You will help us become the No. 1 vacation rental software player in search.
You'll be successful in this role if you:
- Have a foundational understanding of digital marketing principles and paid advertising
- Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Are detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Have experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other digital advertising platforms
- Are a quick learner with a proactive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Are enthusiastic about digital marketing and eager to develop your skills in this field
- Are a quick learner – creative, proactive, and with a hands-on mentality
- Have an affinity with the SaaS industry. Experience with short-term and vacation rentals is a big plus but not required.
- Please note that this role is based in Berlin with a hybrid working model.
