Key Responsibilities:
Brand-Focused Design:
Create visually striking and effective designs for CPG products, including packaging, labels, and promotional materials, ensuring that designs align with brand guidelines and market trends
Develop graphics for various platforms, including digital advertising, social media, website assets, and print collateral
Packaging Design:
Design packaging that not only appeals to target consumers but also adheres to regulatory requirements and enhances product visibility on retail shelves
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that packaging designs meet functional and aesthetic needs
Marketing Support:
Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and social media content to support promotional campaigns and drive brand awareness
Work closely with the marketing team to create cohesive visual assets that enhance campaign effectiveness
Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards
Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements, incorporate feedback, and make necessary revisions
Creative Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand design needs and provide creative solutions
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of innovative design concepts
Trend Awareness:

Requirements
Experience:
Excellent experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing for CPG brands
Demonstrated experience in creating impactful packaging designs, as well as other marketing and promotional materials for consumer products
Skills:
Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant design tools
Strong understanding of packaging design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques specific to CPG
Highly creative with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering visually appealing designs that resonate with consumers
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and incorporate feedback
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
