Digital Marketing Executive fluent in German to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in executing our digital marketing strategies, enhancing our online presence, and engaging with the German-speaking audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities for Digital Marketing Executive
- Manage digital marketing campaigns in the DACH market to drive profitable growth and achieve country-specific revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, to optimize marketing efforts and achieve KPIs.
- Plan, execute, optimize, and report on campaigns across paid social media, display web and app, programmatic partners, and support ASO initiatives as required.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing campaigns and maximize marketing ROI.
- Support in managing key strategic relationships with display partners and account managers, including negotiating and optimizing deals.
- Identify and manage new creative growth campaigns and prospect new partners to support acquisition objectives.
- Research, negotiate, process, and track IOs and invoicing.
Qualifications And Skills Required For Digital Marketing Executive Role
- Native German speaker.
- Strong knowledge and experience in executing successful, profitable acquisition campaigns within the digital marketing channel.
- Proven hands-on experience in display web and app campaigns, paid social media (Facebook/Tech Manager), programmatic, and organic app (ASO).
- Data-driven approach to decision-making with strong commercial acumen.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Experience in optimizing acquisition funnels for both web and app campaigns.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SEMrush (or similar), and marketing automation software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to drive marketing decisions.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to online betting and gaming marketing activities.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry developments.
