Reports To: Director of Recruitment

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist based in Pakistan who can work remotely and align with U.S. business hours.


Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position requiring you to work 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to source and engage with top candidates for various roles within the cybersecurity and IT industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for our clients in the USA.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and recruitment databases, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for the client's needs.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide regular updates, and ensure that their expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape to provide informed advice to both candidates and clients.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining regular communication and providing feedback.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities, including metrics on candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and hiring success rates.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the IT or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, particularly in a remote setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and CRM software.
  • Cultural Awareness: Understanding of the U.S. job market and its nuances, with the ability to align candidates’ profiles with clients’ expectations.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
  • Customer-Focused: A proactive approach to client management and candidate engagement, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
