Job Description
Responsible for corporate recruitment activities, including the entire recruitment cycle process from candidate identification, candidate assessment to offer negotiation and candidate pre-onboarding
Partner with business leaders, HR business partners and global talent acquisition to understand, develop and implement business-driven talent acquisition strategy: applying an in-depth understanding of competitive intelligence, organizational structures and compensation practices to drive effective talent engagement and acquisition
Be the brand ambassador by proactively engaging global talents and sharing the brand's stories
Partner with hiring manager to develop position specifications and search strategies
Network within the industry; conduct exploratory interviews to develop candidate pipeline for succession planning
As subject matter expert, capable of driving corporate hiring at various seniority levels
Explore and develop innovative sourcing channels to meet business growth needs, including but not limited to direct sourcing, referral programs, social network and recruitment agencies
Ensure compliance with internal recruitment-related approval protocols
Support ad-hoc projects in recruitment technology, employer branding, learning & development and related area
Focus on candidate experience in all communication with candidates
Manage visa sponsorship management and relocation processes as needed
Ownership of quarterly recruitment/talent communications, with content input from the wider HR team
Prioritize, organize, and manage multiple priorities and projects efficiently
Act as first-line support to employees with queries regarding TA activities, responding promptly and accurately
Any ad hoc projects as required

Able to work independently in a fast pace environment

Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with independence
Experience in HRIS management, knowledge of Workday is a plus
English communication skills

Excellent stakeholder management skills
Attention to detail with a strong sense of responsibility
Bachelor's Degree or more
5+ years of Recruitment Leadership experience
Retail or similar industry experience strongly preferred
