About The Role
Join our team as a Junior CRM Performance Executive, where you'll dive into CRM journeys and Automation in the iGaming sector. Your mission: Take on the responsibilities of an entry-level execution role, focusing on implementing initiatives to enhance player experience and support the CRM team and Retention department through effective project delivery. You will be part of a 5 member CRM Performance Team that plays a pivotal role in supporting the CRM team.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Execute tasks with dedication and in accordance with the timelines.
- Handle tasks with finesse, showcasing top-notch organizational skills.
- Collaborate to conquer together.
- Seek clarification through effective questioning, ensuring precision in task execution.
- Show great initiative and be proactive.
- Work closely with the Retention Team to understand the most urgent journey needs.
