Position: Performance Creative Designer

Work hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Australia Time

Compensation range: US$1,500 - $1,700/month

About The Role

As a Performance Creative Designer, you'll create impactful visual designs that align with strategic goals. Working with strategists, media buyers, and the design team, you'll design direct response assets for various media channels. You'll stay current with industry trends and use A/B testing to continually optimize and improve performance and conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy:
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders: lead strategists, media buyers, and the design team, to ensure alignment between strategic objectives, conversion funnel strategies, messaging, and visual design.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in direct response marketing and design, incorporating innovative approaches into strategies and campaigns.
    • Active contributions to brainstorming sessions, design workshops, and strategy meetings to collaborate with multiple teams and generate creative ideas within the team.
  • Creative execution:
    • Conceptualise and design direct response assets (static and video) across various media channels that align with best practice principles.
    • Develop creative concepts and execute assets that align with strategic objectives, effectively communicating key messages and prompting desired actions from the audience.
    • Implement A/B testing to iterate and optimise design elements for improved performance and conversion rates.
    • Maintain brand consistency across all direct response marketing assets.
Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in performance creative
  • 2+ years of marketing agency experience
  • 3+ years of graphic design & video experience
  • Platform experience with the Adobe suite, mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
