We are looking for a passionate manufacturing leader who can direct the operations team providing the effective supply of quality medical device products at an appropriate cost and service performance while meeting all quality, regulatory and HSE standards. The Operational Site Lead will have responsibility and leadership for the site campus.

Operational Site Lead
Facilitate the implementation of the companies’ manufacturing strategy which supports 3 worldwide manufacturing divisions for medical products that include capital equipment, single-use products, and clean rooms as well as leading over 200 technical staff and hourly employees with revenue of $800M
Development of and personally championing a culture of continuous improvement
Development and execution of long range plans that ensures the sites are ‘fit for the future’
Ensuring appropriate Quality and HSE Policies and Systems are in place
Ensuring that the site facilities are handled within budget and maintained to the appropriate standard
Ensuring appropriate manufacturing capacity is able to cost effectively meet current and projected demand
Ensuring that customer service levels are maintained to agreed levels
Develop the skills base of the site to enable further opportunities for optimization
Operational Site Lead Requirements
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline
Ten years of experience at a senior management level with P&L experience
Proven experience overseeing multi-plant regulated medical device manufacturing operations within a respected multinational medical company with a minimum of $100M product volume
Experience with high-tech electromechanical medical device products is mandatory; preferable orthopedic, wound care and sports medicine products
Experience implementing lean principles in a regulated manufacturing plant environment; knowledge of Connexus and AI processes is highly preferred
Good understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, quality systems and HSE regulations
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, team player and customer focused
Broad based business understanding and can work with autonomy
