As we grow, we're looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter who specializes in digital marketing roles to join our team.
Role: As a Full Cycle Recruiter, you'll be the go-to person for sourcing and placing top talent in digital marketing roles for our clients. You’ll manage the entire recruitment process, from the initial search to final negotiations. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Co-Founder and hiring managers to understand the needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Source and attract candidates by utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Perform reference checks and background screenings to verify candidates' credentials
Maintain accurate candidate records and update the applicant tracking system
Provide regular updates to hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve our hiring processes
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role
Strong understanding of digital marketing roles and the skills required for positions like Project Managers, SEO Managers, Social Media Managers, etc
Proven track record of successfully filling positions in various industries
Experience using Workable as an ATS
Savvy in using social media platforms (FB, IG, Tiktok) to attract talents
Skilled in using Boolean and X-ray searches
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus
