What should you bring to the table:

  • A full-stack mindset to work across the front-end, back-end, and infrastructure.
  • Strong experience with Ruby, and Ruby on Rails framework for minimum of 5 years
  • Experience with PostgreSQL
  • Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript / React.JS
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional, multicultural team.
  • Upper-intermediate or above English proficiency for effective communication within the team.

As a plus

  • Experience with RSpec and Rescue.
  • Experience with AWS.


Here is a taste of what you’ll be doing:

  • Your primary tasks will be to:

- Building a new product from scratch and helping improve existing products that help clinicians and study builders to set up, execute, and analyze clinical trial data.

- Applying data-driven design decisions by leveraging inputs from end users, subject matter experts as well as machine learning engines that analyze tons of data and deliver valuable insights.

- Working closely with the customer design and development teams to create great user experiences throughout the platform.
