Our esteemed client, a long-lasting partner in the industry, seeks a talented professional to join their team and drive application design and excellence in ERP solutions and strategies. Role Overview:
As a Solutions Designer, you will be pivotal in collaborating with new customers and empowering them to overcome their ERP issues with your Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps specialisation. Your primary focus will be on functional solution design, application design, and integrations, as well as tailoring innovative solutions to tackle challenges within manufacturing modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with new clients to understand their unique business requirements and identify areas of improvement within their existing ERP systems.
- You can use your Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps expertise to design and develop functional solutions that align with each client's specific needs.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of Dynamics 365 FinOps projects, adhering to established timelines and budgets.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Manufacturing modules, guiding the configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 FinOps - this includes Production Control, Capacity Planning, Lean, Process and Discrete Manufacturing, Integration with GL and ISV's
- Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, system designs, and process flow, to support project execution.
- Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvement, keeping up with industry best practices.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to equip clients with a thorough understanding of Dynamics 365 FinOps functionalities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Designer or Functional Architecture, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (FinOps).
- Extensive knowledge of Manufacturing & Production modules within Dynamics 365 FinOps.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex business challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling seamless interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Previous experience collaborating with new customers to understand their unique ERP issues will be highly regarded.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (FinOps) are advantageous.
