What You’ll Do

As the Director of Lead Generation, you won’t just be strategising—you’ll be in the thick of it, driving and executing the company’s global B2B lead generation strategy. This role is for someone like you who lives and breathes lead generation. You understand the tools and tactics that make digital marketing and ABM campaigns successful. You’ll manage relationships with external agencies, optimise CRM systems, and work closely with the CEO & CRO to ensure that everything you do aligns with the company’s big-picture goals.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Strategy & Execution: You’ll craft, execute, and refine global lead generation strategies, focusing on digital marketing, ABM, and CRM systems.
  • Agency Management: You’ll lead the collaboration with external digital agencies, ensuring their efforts align perfectly with your lead generation goals.
  • Data-Driven Optimisation: You’ll keep a close eye on campaign metrics, making informed decisions to boost performance.
  • Budget Management: You’ll oversee a marketing budget ensuring every dollar you spend delivers maximum ROI.
  • Collaboration & Strategic Alignment: You’ll work closely with the CRO and leadership team to align your lead generation strategies with the company’s broader business goals.
  • Special Projects: You’ll take charge of special initiatives, like setting up new analytics dashboards, to support your lead generation objectives.
  • Process Improvement: You’ll constantly seek out and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of your lead generation activities.
