As part of this project, your role as an Master Data Analyst will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.
The skills & experience you need:
Previous experience -1 year in Procurement or Order Management - Master data domain
Understanding of Procurement & Supply chain activities
Experience using ERP systems - SAP
Vendor/customer creation/change in SAP
Item/Material creation/change in SAP
MS Excel - advanced user
Highly Quality focused with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work on detailed repetitive tasks
Methodical with a process-oriented approach to work
Excellent customer service / communication skills
Self-motivating and able to prioritize own workload
Team player with a pro-active approach to work and an open and enquiring mind
What you'll be doing:
Standard Costs for all valuated material types (Raw, Pack, Semi-finished and Finished Goods)
Distribution Standard Cost Rates defined by Customer and Product Group (PIB)
Transfer Price Calculation for Intercompany Sales / Transfers provided to the Customer Systems team for loading into SAP.
Activity Rates for Marginal Production, Fixed Production and Distribution.
Following agreed policies, standards and procedures whilst achieving agreed SLA’s.
Responsible for keeping standards and procedural documentation up to date and relevant.
Responsible for performing regular housekeeping activity and producing Master Data quality KPI reporting for Costing related Master data.
With guidance from Master data manager undertake problem solving and route cause analysis activity.
Undertake detailed master data analysis activity as directed by Master Data Manager.
