Key Responsibilities
Perform FinOps maturity assessments (as-is analysis, gap and risk identification), defining rightsizing and tagging pilots.
Prepare quarterly FinOps reporting to the Group FinOps team, ensuring full monthly reconciliation of cost data in Power BI.
Coordinate three annual capacity planning cycles involving application domains, technical teams, and providers.
Insert forecast data into the Group capacity planning tool and consolidate key insights to support CTO validation.
Execute monthly reconciliation of provider invoices at server level against internal inventories to identify misallocated costs.
Analyze CPU, memory, and storage consumption based on Dynatrace data to support the IT Capacity & Performance Committee.
