Key Responsibilities
Design and iterate on next-generation AI agents for workflow automation, reasoning, and decision-making at scale
Develop novel RL and post-training methods (e.g., RLHF, RLVR, GRPO) to align large models with domain-specific tasks
Build evaluations, harnesses, and verifiers to measure reasoning, robustness, and agentic behavior in real-world workflows
Prototype multi-agent and memory-augmented systems for downstream applications and optimize post-training recipes
Architect and maintain distributed training/inference pipelines for scalability and cost efficiency
Develop observability and monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, tracing) for production reliability
Collaborate with researchers and technical end-users to design environments, evaluations, and verifiers reflecting real workloads
Shape the direction and feature set for research platform offerings like verifiers, Environments Hub, and training services
