Establish repeatable commercial processes for segmentation, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM
Personally own key customer conversations, proposals, and negotiations
Design and scale the commercial organization as revenue traction supports investment
Manage and develop early commercial hires, including the Account Manager in Zurich
