We are looking for an experienced AV and IT Support professional with hands-on experience in meeting room audiovisual systems, video conferencing, network connectivity, and end-user IT support. The ideal candidate should independently manage preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, firmware upgrades, and system inspections, coordinate with vendors for fault resolution and RMAs, and collaborate with Network and System teams to ensure reliable AV and IT operations across all meeting rooms and user locations.Â
