Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute release testing across desktop clients, web applications, mobile apps, APIs, and physical hardware.
Own QA release sign-off and maintain documented test execution records for every release.
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, coverage mappings, and a test-case library.
Build and maintain automated test suites for web, API, desktop, and mobile platforms.
Develop and improve the internal QA console used to track test runs, coverage, and release approvals.
Maintain automated testing in CI/CD pipelines and publish trend reports.
Reproduce defects, document and prioritize issues, and conduct regression and smoke testing.
Operate and document the physical test lab including desktop systems and mobile devices.
Collaborate with product owners and developers to review requirements for testability.
Mentor QA team members and establish testing standards.
