Product Lead - Playtime Supply

Based in Hamburg - Hybrid - 3 days p/w in office

We are working with a leading mobile ad platform dedicated to developing innovative advertising and monetization solutions that push their app partners' businesses to the next level. Backed by a solid tech stack and strong financial support, their team is an innovator in the industry.

You will be part of the team that is developing innovative software solutions for app and game developers and rather than using traditional monetisation methods, the product offers an engaging experience where users can play and earn rewards for exploring new mobile games. Using ML algorithms to predict which games suit each individual user, the team deliver an unrivalled experience to currently over 200 million users.

Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the roadmap for the Monetization analytics system using market research, suer feedback and business goals.
• Conduct user research and understand consumer needs and behaviours
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to ensure the technical priorities align with overall business objectives
• Plan and manage the release of new features and updates, coordinating with Marketing on GTM strategies
• Track product performance using metrics and KPIs to measure success and pinpoint areas for improvement
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, particularly Senior Management delivering timelines, progress, updates on potential risks and overall ensuring alignment.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in a Product role, ideally in B2B SaaS focused on web/mobile apps
• Line management experience - day to day as well as experience hiring a team
• Data analysis experience - using tools like Jira/GitLab as well as Quicksight/ Tableau/ MS PowerBI
• Experience using SQL/Python
• Experience managing mobile app/SDK development
