Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute testing activities for ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, integrations, and platform upgrades.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements.
Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across ServiceNow modules.
Validate ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, forms, notifications, approvals, and role-based access controls.
Test integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to review business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution using ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or other defect-tracking tools.

Exciting long term contract position available in St. Louis, MO for a Sr. Servicenow Tester!

12 months+

W2 only, NO CORP TO CORP

Hybrid-3 days/week on site in St. Louis required.

We will consider local candidates, or those able to relocate themselves before starting.

NO FULLY REMOTE OPTION.

Competitive rate!

You must be able to work on our W2 directly. We CAN transfer Visas.

2+ years of Servicenow testing experience required.
