Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions, including LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows.

Integrate Generative AI capabilities into existing measurement processes and data science workflows.

Lead end-to-end development of data science solutions, from research and experimentation to production deployment.

Build scalable, reliable, reproducible, and maintainable science solutions using appropriate engineering practices.

Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap priorities, and science capabilities.

Contribute to the development of a unified science layer that connects existing analytical and scientific capabilities.

Apply and extend causal machine learning and econometric methods, including CATE, difference-in-differences, matching, and panel methods.

Design and support measurement and experimentation approaches to quantify treatment influence on purchasing behavior.

Build, maintain, and improve production machine learning and experimentation pipelines.

Apply MLOps and software engineering practices, including CI/CD, version control, testing, and technical documentation.

Research emerging AI and machine learning technologies and assess opportunities for production integration.

Serve as a technical resource for the team, sharing knowledge and guiding peers on data science and engineering practices.

Communicate complex methodologies, analytical findings, and business implications clearly to technical teams, product stakeholders, and leadership.
