Key Responsibilities
Define and architect agentic AI systems to automate staffing workflows, including real-time matching and autonomous vetting pipelines
Design and own the platform architecture for 1-2 years out, focusing on backend performance, reliability, and scalability
Build the agent platform end-to-end, including orchestration runtime, evaluation/observability stack, and integration with WMS/TMS/ERP systems
Develop foundational decisions for model strategy, harness design, retrieval/memory systems, tool/MCP surface, and quality measurement
Establish evaluation as an engineering discipline with datasets, graders, regression suites, and experimentation tooling
Collaborate with customers and field operators to translate insights into durable product features
Hire and mentor engineers while partnering with CTO to shape the multi-year roadmap

📍 New York (Flatiron) or San Francisco - In-Person 5 days/week

💰 $200K - $300K base + competitive equity

Hires: 1-2 | Visa: Can sponsor most visas except net-new H1B (OPT, H1B transfer OK)

🏠 Relocation available + bonus for NYC move
