Python Developer in UNITED KINGDOM

Lorien are currently working exclusively with a professional services business who are currently going through a digital transformation in moving their platform to a modern SaaS Platform in AWS.

As part of this, they are looking for a Python Developer to help build, deploy and maintain the platform. You will build new features based on a containerised microservices architecture, with mature DevOps practices and processes and to sustain a scalable, high availability production web application.

The engineering team is growing in size and a great opportunity to grow your career as you solve complex software engineering problems using the latest technologies.

• 3+ years experience in a Python Development role
• Python
• Experience of building and maintaining containerised applications in Kubernetes and serverless AWS technologies.
• Application monitoring tools such as DataDog, CloudWatch, Grafana or Prometheus.
• Worked in a DevOps culture, processes, practices and tools.
• Experience of building web services.
• Experience in working in an Agile environment

Preferred:

• Node.js
• React.

Salary is paying up to £55,000 with a 10% bonus with other great benefits. The role is based on a fully remote basis with visits to the office for company social events.
