Key Responsibilities
Shape the technical direction and roadmap of Core Backend, building shared services, libraries, and developer tools.
Identify common challenges across teams and create reusable solutions to improve productivity, reliability, and security.
Lead the design and evolution of shared backend capabilities, including event-driven communication and data protection.
Develop internal engineering tools such as Service Catalog, API Registry, SLO platform, and AI-assisted development tools.
Drive complex initiatives from problem discovery and design through implementation, rollout, and production validation.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand needs, support integrations, and guide improvements based on feedback.
Maintain hands-on development in Go, validating performance and building observability and recovery mechanisms.
Raise the engineering bar through architecture reviews, technical decision-making, mentoring, and documentation.
