Job Title: HR Administrator

Type: Contract

Length of Contract: 3 months

Day Rate: £150 – £200 per day

Location: Fully Remote


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and process HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee queries related to HR policies, compensation, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and other employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
