Key Responsibilities
Own product direction and strategy across Distru ERP, Distru Commerce, Order Agent, Distru Analytics, and the AI product suite
Deliver a quarterly strategy review to the executive team including market landscape, roadmap, metrics, and resourcing
Own the product hiring pipeline, define hiring bars, and creatively source top talent
Own the product timeline as the company-wide source of truth
Experiment with AI-first product processes and drive team-wide adoption
Review and iterate on PRDs, designs, and mockups while defining PRD standards
Establish an operating cadence with Engineering and shape data infrastructure (StarRocks, BigQuery, Postgres) for AI use cases
Build foundational AI features including unified data layer, agent builder, workflow builder, MCP, and headless experience
Coordinate with Go-To-Market teams on launches, education, and AI-forward content
Iterate on customer feedback pipelines, build customer connections, and measure feature adoption
