Job Title: Information Security Specialist Location: Belfast-based office with fully remote work options across Northern Ireland Salary: Up to £75,000 Benefits: Unlimited Annual Leave 10% Matched Pension Private Healthcare Additional Perks and Benefits Role Overview: As an Information Security Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and compliance of SaaS solutions. You will be responsible for managing our compliance certifications, overseeing monitoring and incident response protocols, and maintaining a clear shared responsibility model. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can navigate complex security challenges and implement effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: Compliance Certifications: Achieve and maintain ISO27001 and CSA STAR accreditations. Ensure compliance with Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) standards. Monitoring and Incident Response: Implement centralised logging with TLS encryption. Coordinate with Managed SOC services Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks. Shared Responsibility Model: Define and manage the delineation of responsibilities between our SaaS provider and Cloud Service Provider (CSP). Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements. Develop and execute comprehensive disaster recovery plans. Qualifications: Proven experience in information security, ideally within a SaaS, FinTech or cloud computing environment. In-depth knowledge of ISO27001 and CSA STAR standards. Experience with centralized logging and SOC services. Strong understanding of the shared responsibility model in cloud computing. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
