Provide expert level technical support for diverse SCADA equipment configurations
Serve as a primary technical escalation point for complex PPC and SCADA issues
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through technical review and knowledge sharing
Drive standardization and process improvements to reduce commissioning effort
Coordinate with customers and field technicians for on-site commissioning and installation support
Promote a culture of NERC compliance and governance regarding programming and commissioning standards
